    Whether you’re in the corporate world or not all of us need our self care to make us feel more beautiful. Nothing against botox but I prefer non-invasive treatments. Let’s get into the topics.

    Advanced Head Treatment Therapy: This is the ultimate form of relaxation. I actually feel like every stress in the world went away. Basically what happens is they massage your head and deep clean your scalp. A shoulder massage is included as well as a facial. I like to go to H&K beauty but lots of place have them in NYC!

    Russian Nails: Actual heaven if you’re looking for a good nail salon. If you’ve never heard of Russian nails it’s basically a dry manicure that waits your entire nail so that they look straight out of a Pinterest board I love it. I used to have stubby nails and never thought I could actually achieve top tier natural nails but the Russian’s just do it different I’m telling you!!! I typically go to Russian Manicure or Russian Nails.

    Russian Facials: For my birthday my friends got me a gift card to this amazing place called Skin Concept. You can take a look online but they have lots of natural ways to enhance your beauty. My favorite is their Endosphere facial because it makes your face tighter and more sculpted. These aren’t invasive (which I love) so typically I like to get an Endosphere every 3 weeks or so. There is also face lift massage, body contouring, laser hair, etc. Honestly my friend kinda got me hooked on this place so I could go on and on but we gotta go to next subject.

    I wanna make sure my readers don’t blow through their self care savings, so I’ll end it there and in a few days spill some more spicy salons.
